How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google, not by Kiroku. To cancel:
- iOS (App Store): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Kiroku → tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android (Google Play): Open the Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Kiroku → tap Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: open your account settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
If you prefer, you can also email kiroku.alcohol.tracker@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What data does Kiroku collect?
Kiroku collects usage data necessary to operate the app (such as drink logs you enter) and subscription status via RevenueCat. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Is Kiroku free?
Yes — core drink tracking is free and always will be. The optional Supporter subscription (available as Monthly Supporter or Annual Supporter) adds a cosmetic supporter badge and helps fund development. See our Subscription Terms for details.
What platforms is Kiroku available on?
Kiroku is available for iOS (iPhone) and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
